Estimates, not payroll advice

Results depend on the values you enter and the assumptions in How We Calculate. Estimated gross pay is before taxes and deductions. These tools do not determine overtime entitlements, minimum-wage compliance, tax obligations, or other legal requirements.

Check consequential calculations

Verify results before using them for pay, invoices, contracts, or other important decisions. Check that AM/PM, break minutes, and overnight times reflect your records. If a result seems wrong, stop and review your entries and the method.

Scope and availability

Clock-time tools do not use dates, time zones, or daylight saving time adjustments. Entries are not saved. Record any result you need before leaving the page. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable.
